CLEANER IS BETTER
Healing Hands' digital presence lacked cohesion. Starting with Spring 2024, I redesigned the website, social media and email templates to create a more friendly and engaging tone, moving away from the cold, technical feel. The site needed to be less sales and more fashion, since the target audience viewed scrubs like fashion. I worked with the copy team to reduce heavy product descriptions, opting for more conversational, approachable copy. We also added video to our website and social media channels. This shift led to increased social media engagement and boosted sales on our direct-to-consumer site. The new look made Healing Hands one of the top perfeorming brands at Careismatic.
